abbiamo prenotato un fine settimana da passare in tranquillità sul lago trasimeno ed abbiamo scelto questo albergo a condizione familiare. L'ambiente è accogliente e le camere molto pulite, ben arredate e con una splendida vista sul lago. l'albergo infatti è proprio in riva al Trasimeno con anche una spiaggia privata. I bambini hanno giocato senza pericoli, l'albergo infatti è circondato da un bellissimo parco dove passeggiare, leggere e giocare. Il ristorante poi è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa sia per la qualità del cibo che per la cortesia e la pazienza di fronte a richieste strane dei bambini. insomma un bellissimo fine settimana da ripetere, tra l'altro con una spesa minima.

This was our second stay at this really nice friendly family hotel. We loved the position over looking the lake and it was just a nice 10 minute stroll to the town. We found the hotel to be very clean and the restaurant food was excellant. For excursions we were spoilt for choice to the many historic towns in the region - thats why it was our second visit! We do hope to go back again - there is so much to see in the area!

Between Umbria and Toscane, on the Lake of Trasimeno lays this beautiful Italian Hotel .
Most of the rooms have a view on the Lake. Next to the Hotel is a small quiet camping.
After a friendly welcome you will go to your modern bedroom, with bath and toilet, with airco or heating and television and there is also a possibility to use internet. If you want you can use the elevator. Outside is a swimmingpool with a jacuzzi.
Downstairs is a very good restaurant where they offer you the typical Italian or European food and also find the old courtesy, where you feel really be treated as a guest.
Of course there are many possibilties to visit the other famous cities in the surrounding.

Mi pareja y yo acabamos de volver de Italia. Hemos estado en Umbria, una provincia de Italia de la que se habla poco pero que es realmente preciosa. Nos hemos alojado en el Hotel Kursaal, que se encuentra en el el pueblo Passignano sul Trasimeno. Trasimeno es un lago bastante grande y es ahi donde se encuentra situado el Hotel, justo en las orillas de dicho lago. El hotel es precioso, una casa central donde se encuentran las habitaciones y el restaurante, y alrededor la piscina, el parque y una pequeña playita.
Nos hemos sentido como en casa, el servicio recibido ha sido excelente, la gente muy simpatica y amable. Las habitaciones tenian todo los servicios (tv, bar...) y estaban muy limpias (el colchon era comodisimo!!!)
Lo que mas me ha gustado ha sido las vistas que tiene del lago y la tranquilidad que se respira.

Het hotel ligt op de grens van Umbrie en Toscane en is omgeven door een prachtige tuin. Deze wordt gebruikt als kleine camping en is erg rustig.
De meeste kamers hebben een geweldig uitzicht op het meer van Trasimeno. Uiteraard voorzien van airco en/of verwarming. De inrichting is elegant met uitstekende bedden.Ook Wifi is aanwezig. De ontvangst is erg vriendelijk. Bij mooi weer kunnen de gasten gebruik maken van het zwembad en het bubbelbad.
Het bijbehorende restaurant is van hoogstaande kwaliteit.
